Hello everyone. We are Sumanth Para and Inamullah Mohammad. We are 4th-year students, major in Computer Science from Dhanekula Institute of Engineering and Technology.We are here to share our experiences which we have been through the last two years. In our college, there is a wonderful load of opportunities for students that want to be engaged outside of the classroom but are interested in college and academics. R&D cell is a perfect place for them which is our version of the student union.
We started our under graduation in 2017, gaining knowledge through the years. The batch of 2013 started a project related to the exam section and spot center which was extended by us. This project deals with handling all the data in the exam section, exam invigilation, internal and external remunerations and reporting all the data from time to time. As all the things in our project worked pretty well. We showcased this project as our final year project.
Along with this we have shown keen interest and worked as the student body members regarding the NBA work. We worked in various streams like admissions, timetables, and examinations. We handled the majority of the files regarding the NBA work.
As we were unable to do all the work manually we thought of finding a medium where we can automate the work. Then we found a way to automate all the work like the admissions, exams, marks entry here the analysis of the marks is done as well. Along with the analysis of the marks, the result analysis is also done automatically in an efficient way.
Apart from these, there is another module called Attainment calculations which were first implemented in our college from Vijayawada. Even the attendance of the students is being automated. Monthly and overall calculations of the attendance are done efficiently.
We have done all this as we beleave that developing the product by our own will teach us alot than the regular class room training
All the work after the automation became painless, timesaving and practical. We have also trained our juniors with our knowledge and made them involve more in the work.
Finally, we want to conclude that it is a great opportunity to be able to work with our faculty in live projects. It will always be a lifetime experience for us to work with our esteemed faculty. We were also trained in a way to face any upcoming challenges with confidence and strive.
We are thankful to the faculty and college who encouraged and pushed us to reach our extremes in every step. Thank you!!!!!

“This is soo cool idea. That all our procedures in college starting from marks to paying fees and so many things all at a place. It is good. But it can be better.. like the results displaying in portal are sometimes inaccurate, for supplementary subjects, where R19 and R16 supplementary grades are calculated according to R20 regulations so there is a miscalculation. “The black board in our class CSE-B ,,,G13,, is too dusty and we, people who are sitting the back benchers are suffering to view the letters one the board which are written by our teachers.Even we can't sit on the front benches as they are already filled. I have already wrote a letter and subbited to our Class Represntative and she gave to sir, for one week after complaing the board was clear and after the thuings became asusual.
